The Bumpy Road of Loss

Life's full of ups and downs, but sometimes it feels like the downs are winning.

Grief is tough, whether it's losing someone, grappling with change, or helping a child understand and move through loss.

It's like someone threw a wrench in your life's engine, and now you're trying to figure out how to keep rolling. We get it – some days are about getting by, not getting ahead.

Finding the Light

Amid the tough moments, there are glimmers of hope and healing. It's about celebrating small victories, like getting through a day without a breakdown, or remembering a loved one with a smile instead of just tears.

It's finding new ways to connect, move forward, and grow from loss, even when it feels impossible.

Why Me

I see and honor your grief, and together we’ll hold space for it. But we aren’t going to let you wall your grief off with your own self trapped inside and the rest of the world shut out.

Everyone’s healing journey looks a little bit different. Maybe it starts small, with that faint “ha” that slips out when you least expect it. Maybe that it’s a “someday I’ll feel like myself again” sense of hope that comes in waves.

Wherever you’re at, I'll meet you there

Grief isn't a one-size-fits-all deal, and neither is my approach.

Who this type of therapy is for:

  • Anyone feeling knocked sideways by loss.

  • Kids and teens dealing with the loss of a parent or caregiver.

  • People struggling to find their footing after a major life change.

  • Anyone who needs a space to process, remember, and heal.

  • If you're feeling lost in grief, you're not alone.
